The EOS Annual Meeting is the European Optical Society’s main conference, organised in topical meetings. The 2022 edition in Porto included TOM7, Thermal radiation and energy management, chaired by Mauro Antezza (Université de Montpellier), Marco Centini and Maria Cristina Larciprete (Sapienza Università di Roma). It covered fundamental and applied aspects of thermal-radiation management: energy harvesting, mid-infrared thermal sources, infrared radiation control, radiative cooling, biosensing and IR and THz spectroscopy. Proceedings appear in EPJ Web of Conferences volume 266; the programme archive remains online.
